• We want to thank everyone the donations to the Auction –  Wow!  We received so many AMAZING kits, jelly rolls, charm packs, blocks, quilt tops and lots of notions.  We have some wonderful items to auction at our Dec. 1^st meeting.   We had such a over whelming response of GREAT stuff, we are keeping some stuff to do another auction in June 2018 at our year end party. We will auction about 40 items Dec and June meetings. We have combined items, so if you don’t see your specific donation, it might be for June’s meeting or hiding with a kit, quilt top in a Lot as we combined items together.    We will display the auction items early in the evening on tables, so you can write down which items you are interested in bidding on.    You will not be disappointed with the great donations we received.

• When purchasing for the Auction – Please make cheques payable to Blue Mt. Quilters Guild (BMQG) or cash ONLY. No credit cards!  We cannot give you your items until they have been paid in Full.

• Food Bank cheques – payable to Share Food Bank, or also we prefer cash or cheques over food, but anything will help.  Let’s try to beat last year’s total of $350.00 and 178 pounds of food we donated! Thank you, we all know it is appreciated!

• Please Bring Fabric Strips 42″ in length by 2 1/2″ in width in the Mexican flag colours red, white or green. They can be printed, solids, anything goes.   You will get a ticket for each strip you bring to win a jelly roll.

• Pot Luck –   A-M letters  – something Savory or N-Z Sweets.    Please label your name on each, plate, bowl, dish, forks you bring.  Finger food only please.  (We will supply plate/napkins).

• The Party is a Mexican Theme – so wear your finest Mexican outfit to win prizes. We have some really great prizes to give away.

• We will have music, entertainment and hope to have some fun, as always.

• Also: Don’t forget your Secret Friend gift/Christmas present and card! We will have a table for you to place your gift.   If you know your friend isn’t coming to the meeting please take their gift for them.  Much appreciated!
