New Vancouver Long-armer in area

My name is Rebekah Wilkinson and I am a professional long-armer who just moved to the Vancouver area. I wanted to reach out to the local quilt guilds to let you all know that I have opened a long-arming studio at The Beaumont Studios in Vancouver (Cambie & West Broadway) and am available to take in new clients.

For the past few years, I was the professional long-armer for Cottage Quilting in Kelowna and have completed close to 600 quilts on various long-arm machines including Gammill, Bernina and Innova. At my new studio in Vancouver, I run a Grace Q’nique Elite 21.

My background is in fine arts and I love any kind of fibre arts. But my biggest passion is to help others with their creative pursuits and is why long-arming seems to be a perfect fit for me.

At the studio, I plan to host small quilt applique and embroidery workshops, depending on interest. I am also keen in hosting small long-arming seminars for anyone who is interested in buying their own long-arms. Since I have worked on many different long-arm brands, I can offer some insight for this major purchase.

If you have any members who would be interested in a small venue for hosting their own quilting or other types of craft workshops, please have them contact me and we can discuss the possibilities.

I would super appreciate it, if you could pass on my website at www.rebekahwilkinson.com to anyone who is looking for long-arming services. Or, I would be happy to connect with anyone via email at rebwilk@gmail.com.

I look forward to connecting with the Vancouver area quilt community.
